Larkin Management will successfully market and rent your home, or investment property, to quality short term vacation renters who will return for years to come.

Long Term Rental Management

Larkin Management pursues, secures, and manages quality Long Term rental tenants (more than 30 days). Larkin Management uses both local and regional online rental websites, print advertising, and Larkin’s local networking to secure quality long term rental tenants for your property. Larkin builds and retains long lasting relationships with both its tenants and homeowners to ensure satisfaction amongst all parties.

Shared Service Short Term Rental Management

Larkin Management and the homeowner share the responsibilities and efforts of management of the property and/or renting the property to quality short term rental tenants (less than 30 days). Larkin Management collaborates with the homeowner to design a custom rental management agreement for the management of the property. Larkin Management assists the homeowner with managing and/or renting the property as Larkin Management and the homeowner mutually agree.

Property Management (Non-Rental Properties)

Larkin Management offers Property Management Services to homeowners without a desire to rent their property, but that wish to have their home looked after and cared for when they cannot. Larkin Management will work with the homeowner to design a custom management agreement only including the services desired by the homeowner.
